Welcome to VibeLens. By accessing or using the VibeLens mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
VibeLens provides tools for content analysis and visualization purposes. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may submit images or other content to the App for analysis. You retain ownership of your content. By using the App, you grant VibeLens a limited, non-exclusive, and temporary license to process such content solely for the purpose of providing App functionality.
VibeLens may offer paid features or subscriptions. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
All trademarks, logos, and app content (excluding user-submitted content) are the property of VibeLens or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. VibeLens makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App or its results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
